Legal information and customer protections

Data we collect

• Identification details provided via the order form (name, email, phone).
• Vehicle information required to issue the CoC (VIN, brand, supporting documents).
• Billing information processed securely by Stripe. We never store complete card data.
• Technical data (IP address, browser user agent, referrer) collected for security and service analytics.

How we use your data

Personal data is used exclusively to validate the VIN, produce the Certificate of Conformity, deliver invoices, and keep you informed about the order status. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in.

Retention & deletion

Operational files are retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless local regulations require a longer retention period for accounting purposes. Visit logs are retained for a limited time and automatically deleted. You can request deletion at any time by writing to our support email.

Your rights

In line with GDPR you can access, rectify, or erase the data we hold. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Uploads

Files uploaded through the order form are stored outside the public web root in storage/uploads. Direct access is blocked at the server level. Only vetted team members can retrieve documents to service your order.

Transmission security

All pages load over HTTPS and payment is processed via Stripe's PCI DSS compliant platform. Uploaded files and emails are encrypted in transit.

Sharing data with third parties

We only share data with the relevant brand partners and official registries strictly when needed to verify VIN data. We never sell your information.

Service scope

We act as an intermediary to obtain an official Certificate of Conformity for multiple vehicle brands. The delivered document is the manufacturer-issued CoC. By ordering, you confirm you are the rightful owner or have authority to request the certificate.

Delivery & re-issue

Typical delivery time is within 48 hours after document validation. If authorities reject the CoC because of an error attributable to us, we will re-issue or refund the order.

Refund policy

Refunds are provided when (a) the VIN is not eligible for a CoC, (b) we cannot complete the request within the communicated timeframe and you decline the revised schedule, or (c) a regulatory body refuses the CoC despite accurate data. Stripe processing fees may be non-refundable once the payment is captured.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by EU consumer law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts closest to our registered office.
